Our goal is for every customer to be happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase simply log into your account under “Order Status” In the top right corner of any page to create a Return Materials Request.

Return/Exchange Policy:

Returns will only be considered for unused items in resalable condition. All items must be returned in all original packaging and sent via UPS or insured parcel post at the customer’s expense. Please do not write on or affix any labels to the retail packaging. Defective items are subject to manufacturers' warranty policies. Safety Smart Gear does not provide any additional warranty.

Approved returns must be returned to Safety Smart Gear or the specific manufacturer within ten (10) days of receipt of authorization. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Credits for returned products will be applied using the same method as your original payment and only after the return has been received and inspected.

Safety Smart Gear reserves the right to cancel a return or reduce the credit amount if the product is not returned in the original packaging or if the condition of the product differs from the condition indicated at the time the return authorization was granted.

Returned items in "new unused boxed" condition will be credited back for the full purchase amount in the form of store credit. You may also request credit back to your credit card less a 25% restocking/admin fee and shipping. Products that have been used or are otherwise not in original condition or packaging cannot be refunded or exchanged as we do not sell used merchandise.

Return/Exchange Procedure:

If you would like to return an item, please login to you account within 30 days of invoice to create a RMA.

Safetysmartgear.com will acquire a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) from the manufacturer and email it to you. Please note that this RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of any and all packages.

After the return has been received and inspected Safetysmartgear.com will issue a store credit for 100% of the original purchase price less shipping and handling or a credit to the credit card originally used for your order less 25% restocking/admin fee and shipping and handling. Returns are not accepted for customized, printed or items which required additional lead times to be manufactured.

Please note that it may take 30-45 days to process a return.

CUSTOM PRINTED ORDERS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED.

CROSSFIRE SAFETY GLASSES MAY NOT BE RETURNED UNLESS DEFECTIVE.

Applying for Credit

If you are a business seeking credit, please fill out the credit application in its entirety. You will also need to provide your signature, printed name and date at the bottom of the form.

If you are a government, Federal government agency or are part of one of the following government organizations and you would like to apply for credit, please fill out the contact information portion of the credit application. Purchase orders must be sign by an authorized person of the organization. All information obtained is confidential and will not, under any circumstances, be released to any third party.
