O-LUX-SSBRPC - High Visibility Vest - Break Away Mesh
Cool Mesh 5 Point Break-Away Vest includes hook and loop fasteners at the
top, sides and front with breakaway when tugged with moderate force, to help
prevent workers from being caught and pulled. Vest also features: ANSI Compliant
100% polyester, bright, lightweight, breathable open weave knit mesh background
material. Reflective configuration meets ANSI Class 2. 2" 3M™ Scotchlite
reflective tape - One 360° horizontal stripe plus two vertical shoulder stripes.
Multiple Handy Pockets: One pocket outside right front bottom with pencil/pen
subcompartment plus one utility loop outside left chest for ID cards, microphone
and other small tools or devices plus one inside breast pocket. Machine
washable. Available in Orange or Yellow Mesh.
Because Safety Smart Gear works with many different manufacturers and suppliers, our shipping times vary. Some items are made to order here in the U.S. and require production time before they can be shipped. Other items are in stock and can ship within a day or so either from Safety Smart Gear or directly from the manufacturer or supplier. Most items indicate expected ship times. If an item is in stock you can expect the ship time to be between 24 to 48 hours. Return/Exchange
Policy:
Returns will only be considered
for unused items in resalable condition. All items must be returned in all
original packaging and sent via UPS or insured parcel post at the
customer’s expense. Please do not write on or affix any labels to the
retail packaging. Defective items are subject to manufacturers' warranty
policies. Safety Smart Gear does not provide any additional
warranty.
Approved returns must be returned
to Safety Smart Gear or the specific manufacturer within ten (10) days of
receipt of authorization. The customer is responsible for return shipping
fees. Credits for returned products will be applied using the same method
as your original payment and only after the return has been received and
inspected.
Safety Smart Gear reserves the
right to cancel a return or reduce the credit amount if the product is not
returned in the original packaging or if the condition of the product
differs from the condition indicated at the time the return authorization
was granted.
Returned items in "new unused
boxed" condition will be credited back for the full purchase amount in the
form of store credit. You may also request credit back to your credit card
less a 25% restocking/admin fee and shipping. Products that have been used
or are otherwise not in original condition or packaging cannot be refunded
or exchanged as we do not sell used merchandise.
Return/Exchange
Procedure:
If you would like to return an
item, please login to you
account within 30 days of invoice to create a RMA.
Safetysmartgear.com will acquire
a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) from the manufacturer and email it
to you. Please note that this RMA number must be clearly marked on the
outside of any and all packages.
After the return has been
received and inspected Safetysmartgear.com will issue a store credit for
100% of the original purchase price less shipping and
handling or a credit to the credit card originally
used for your order less 25% restocking/admin fee and shipping and
handling. Returns are not accepted for customized, printed or items which
required additional lead times to be manufactured.
Please note that it may take
30-45 days to process a return.

Lead times on much of our "FR" clothing can be as much as 4 to 6 weeks. The main reason is due to the demand and the manufacturing time required to produce FR garments here is the U.S. Overseas FR materials are not considered to meet the high standards required by most U.S. distributors.Although 4 to 6 weeks is a considerably shorter lead time than the 8 to 12 weeks from other domestic sources for flame resistant products, we are doing our best to provide high quality FR clothing as soon as possible.
