You won't find a better bang for the buck with this combo winter parka. Outer shell is a Class 3, breathable, 100% waterproof 300-Denier PU Coated Polyester. Can be worn as a Rain Jacket with detachable drawstring hood and has outer cell phone pocket with Velcro® flap, Velcro® adjustable sleeve cuffs, storm collar and zippered front with snap storm flap. 

The inner jacket has cell phone pocket and can also be worn as a Class 2 jacket. Removable sleeves turns the inner jacket into a Class 2 body-warmer. Remove body warmer sleeves and it's a Class 2 safety vest.

Inner jacket serves as a liner and can be attached to the outer shell, and has a quilted lining and fleece neck. The jacket is reversible and can turn into a black quilted jacket or a black quilted body-warmer, for going to and from work.
