The parka is very warm and has great reflective features.

On December 8, 2015 I ordered one of your Occunomix Insulated Parkas and when received it was too big even though we followed your measurements on the site. It has been a nightmare to return this jacket. I have never had a business that didn't have you return the jacket and then send the proper size after you receive the coat that was wrong and then send the right size. I called 12/28/15 about this problem and ordered the replacement size M. I have received the 2nd jacket. I just received the exchange information today 1/18/16. I think you pull this crap to make a person give up on returning the wrong item. I will never order from your company again and will tell others of this aggravation with your company and tell them that you take a risk ordering from safetysmartgear. I am working on this return and noticed you have a deadline to return it but you didn't have a deadline for taking care of your customer.

Great Jacket, I was very impressed, nicer than some much more expensive jackets.

I highly recommend this coat for outside wear .. it is lightweight, very warm and windproof the long waist line keeps your mid drift warm. It even keeps you dry in light rain. My only negative comment would be that with a towing company..your reaching up under a vehicle and the arms end up grease stains. If there was more black in the working mans main areas it would be a five star item for sure. I would give it a 4.5 the way it is.

All the sales people were very friendly and helpful, the coat arrived in a timely manner and it works great. -10 F here this morning, no problem staying warm.
