I purchased a 12 pack for my employees that work outside in the heat for them to try and see if these help, and the feedback I received from them is that the cooling aspect only lasted around an hour, and there was not an easy way to reactivate the cooling. Therefore, they had the neck wrap around their necks doing nothing at all except being another thing for them to keep up with. ------------- RESPONSE: We're sorry that your experience was less than stellar.
