<h2 class="p1">Safety Smart Gear&rsquo;s Return Policy</h2> <p class="p2"><strong>SSG will accept returns of standard items in the original packaging and condition within 30 days of shipment. </strong><br /><strong>Please call&nbsp;(508) 248-3141&nbsp;<span class="s1">for assistance.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></span></strong></p> <p class="p2"><strong><span class="s1"><span class="Apple-converted-space"><font style="background-color: #ffff99;">Please note: All backorders are subject to price adjustments based on applicable tariffs at the time of fulfillment.</font></span></span></strong></p> <h3 class="p3">Return Policy Details:</h3> <p class="p4">In the event the need arises for a product return, the Buyer must first contact Customer Service<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp; </span>and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Product returned without an RMA document will be refused. Requests for RMA&rsquo;s must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Product, and all RMA&rsquo;s must be received within 10 days of the issue date.</p> <p class="p4">All Products returned must be in new condition, in original packaging, and must have manufacturers tags attached.<br /><strong>Not all items are eligible for return. This includes some Brands, &ldquo;Made-To-Order&rdquo;, Logo Products, or any products that are&nbsp;<strong>Closeout/Discontinued items</strong>.<br />All items are subject to a restocking fee for exchange or returns.<br /></strong>All Products returned due to Buyer error must be returned prepaid and may be subject to a restocking charge.<br />If there is a problem with the shipping of an order, backorder, a defective or damaged product, the order will be refunded in full.<br />Any products submitted for a refund due to buyer error, choosing wrong size or making a different decision, a refund will be issued minus the fees from the payment platform used when processing the order. (PayPal fees, Amazon Pay fees, etc.).</p> <h3 class="p4">Exchange Policy Details:</h3> <p class="p4"><span class="s2">Exchanges can be made for a different size of the purchased item, based on availability at the time of processing at our warehouse.&nbsp;<br /></span><span class="s2">Shipping is always free for the exchange item(s).&nbsp;</span>Seller will issue credit upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of the returned Product.<br />Requests for billing credits due to invoicing or freight errors must be made via your Customer Service Representative within 15 days of receipt of the invoice.<br />Please know your satisfaction is very important to us and we will do all we can to work with you to avoid additional fees and delays.</p> <h3 class="p4"><span class="s1">How to Start Refund/Exchange Process:</span></h3> <p class="p4"><span class="s1">Customers can<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>submit a return request by logging into their <a href="https://www.safetysmartgear.com/account.php">customer account</a> on SafetySmartGear.com, finding the order they wish to return and clicking the Return Items link.
