Safety Smart Gear's full catalog spans four core departments, each addressing a different category of workplace hazard. Most workers need gear from more than one department — a road crew member, for example, may need hi-vis outerwear, general workwear underneath, and ergonomic supports for repetitive tasks all at once.
- Flame Resistant (FR) Clothing — clothing certified to NFPA 70E (arc flash) and/or NFPA 2112 (flash fire) for workers around energized electrical equipment, oil and gas, petrochemical, and utility environments. Includes FR shirts, pants, coveralls, bibs/overalls, jackets, hoodies, rainwear, and accessories, certified to ASTM F1506, F1959, and related standards.
- High Visibility Clothing — apparel certified to ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 1, 2, or 3 for workers exposed to vehicle traffic or low-visibility conditions. Includes t-shirts, sweatshirts, safety vests, jackets, bibs/overalls, coveralls, rain gear, and accessories, plus specialized configurations like X-back, breakaway, and public safety (Type P) styles.
- General PPE — head, hand, eye, and respiratory protection along with specialized categories including chemical splash gear, disposable garments, ergonomic supports, headlamps and inspection lighting, gear bags, heated gear, and industrial rain gear.
- Workwear — non-FR, non-hi-vis everyday work apparel: pants, shirts, jackets, coveralls, bib overalls, vests, and accessories including tool belts and cold weather base layers.
