International Shipping:

International customers will be required to pay via credit card or wire transfer.

Domestic shipping will be available to a freight forwarding location within the United States which the customer must provide. The freight forwarder will be the customer's responsibility, and Safety Smart Gear is not responsible for the order once it has been delivered to the customer's freight forwarder. The customer is responsible for all shipping activities and charges once it has been delivered to their freight forwarder.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Normally, lead time to ship is 1-5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Normal Delivery Time

Delivery time is based on your chosen ship method. Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground.

Most orders for items that are in stock will leave the warehouse within one to five business days from the date of your order, unless otherwise stated on the product's information page. Stock levels can vary depending on seasonal demand and may delay shipping times. After leaving the warehouse, the delivery time is based on your chosen ship method. When estimating the arrival date of your order, please add the lead time to the delivery time. Standard UPS Ground service is typically one to five business days after it leaves the warehouse, depending on your location.

UPS NEXT DAY AIR and UPS 2nd DAY AIR Delivery

Lead time to ship is expedited to next business day, unless otherwise stated.

- If your order is received by 12:00PM EST we will make every effort to have your order shipped the same day.

- Not available for Carhartt Products, except Carhartt FR*.

Please be aware of any custom made products that may require more lead time to ship.

NORMAL DELIVERY TIME

UPS 2nd Day Air is an upgraded delivery method that provides a commitment from UPS that your delivery will arrive by the end of the second business day after it leaves the warehouse. (Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.)

UPS Next Day Air is an upgraded delivery method that provides a commitment from UPS that your delivery will arrive by the end of the next business day after it leaves the warehouse.

To receive expedited delivery, an expedited delivery method must be selected. Orders for items that are in stock, where UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air is the selected delivery method, the item(s) will normally ship from the warehouse the next business day. If your order is received by 12:00PM EST we will make every effort to have your order shipped the same day.
