The WJ09 by Tough Duck is a bonded duck, black soft shell jacket. Made with 100% premium 8 oz. cotton duck that is bonded to 100% polyester fleece, this jacket also features a water repellent finish and drop back. Adjustable cuffs with hook & loop closure also provide additional protection against foul weather conditions. There are 3 zipper welt pockets that feature contrast stitching on the front, while there are 2 pockets in the inside.
